We offer you the opportunity to sponsor over 40 team members on our staff by pouring into one of our many departments on a regular basis! Sponsoring our staff will not only secure our kids futures, but also provide the resources our community needs to thrive.

This incredible team hosts free medical camps, surgeries, and continuing education for poverty-stricken communities.

We are on a mission to transform the lives of vulnerable women, and we believe that empowering life skills is key to their long-term success. This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on countless women by sponsoring our dedicated Lifeskills Staff Member.
Your sponsorship will enable our Lifeskills Staff Member to deliver personalized coaching, workshops, and training sessions, empowering women with critical life skills such as financial literacy, job readiness, sewing, and parenting education. By acquiring these skills, women gain confidence and the ability to secure sustainable employment, manage their finances effectively, and create nurturing environments for their families.

We are dedicated to creating a more inclusive and supportive world for individuals with special needs by providing them with the quality of life and support they deserve.
Our Special Needs Staff Members play a pivotal role in our Blessings Cove Special Needs Program. By sponsoring our team, you will directly contribute to the following: personalized integration exercises, adaptive learning programs, art therapy, independence training, social skills, physical therapy, occupational therapy, live-in care for several children, nutrition, medical services and more.

Support our Ugandan Directors, Managers, Security Team, Cooks, and Cleaners at Pearl Village.
We believe in the power of dedicated staff members who work tirelessly to create a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable people. With your support, our Ugandan staff will have the necessary resources to lead and manage our initiatives effectively, amplifying their impact and reaching more individuals in need.
Your support will directly provide:
Managers + Directors: oversight of general operations at our Pearl Village Campus, Sprouts Preschool & Faith Elementary, security, cleaners, foster care moms, child advocates, church staff, missions teams, management of accounting, and more.
Security: proper training, equipment, and resources to maintain a secure environment at Pearl Village, Faith Elementary, Sprouts Preschool, and for our Project Orphans Missions Teams.
Cooks: daily nutritious meals for Sprouts Preschool & Faith Elementary Students, Foster Care Village Children, and Staff.
Cleaners: maintaining a clean and hygienic environment in our facilities including our medical center, birthing center, schools, school dorms, church, and more.

Your donation will help our staff provide weekly services, prayer meetings, Bible studies, kids ministry, outreach initiatives, events + productions, worship band training, and pastoral care.
